1. What information do I need to provide to request a quote?

To request a quote, please provide the following information for a more accurate estimate:

Product to be packed: Information about the contents to be packaged (e.g., food, cosmetics, etc.)

Size and type of bag: Desired size and type of bag (e.g., length, width, height, etc.)

Printing options: Number of colors for printing (e.g., single color, full-color, etc.)

Attachment options: Additional attachment features (e.g., spout, handle, etc.)

2. What if I don't know anything about packaging materials?

Don't worry if you're not familiar with packaging materials. We are here to help you with friendly consultation.

If you have any sample photos or actual packaging materials, please send them to us. We will use the sample as a reference to suggest the best options for size, shape, design, and other packaging details.

By providing detailed information through phone or the quote request page, we can discuss your needs and provide the best packaging solution.

3. Can I visit to check the colors for a new product?

Yes, of course!

You can visit in person to check the colors. We will assist you with the consultation while reviewing sample colors at our office.

If you are located far away or unable to visit, we can help you check the colors through photos.

For new product orders, we will coordinate a suitable time for your visit after confirming the arrival date of the plates.

4. How long will the production take?

After the new plates arrive, it generally takes about 10 business days.

The production time may vary depending on the type of bag or additional options.

For new products, most of our clients have tight schedules, so we make every effort to adjust the delivery date to meet your needs.

If there is an urgent deadline, we will do our best to accommodate a faster delivery date through prior consultation.

For international deliveries, the schedule will be coordinated based on mutual agreement.
